At New Arrangements, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
